Scam & Security

Protecting Yourself Against Scams & Unauthorized Porting

At Unwyred ISP, your security is our priority. Mobile number theft and phone scams are on the rise. Criminals can use hijacked numbers to access your personal data or bank accounts.

What to do if you suspect fraud or an unauthorized port

If you suddenly lose mobile reception on your device, or receive a notification about a SIM swap or number porting request that you DID NOT authorize:

  1. Contact us immediately at 1300 353 673 or via support@unwyred.com.au so we can freeze your account.
  2. Contact your bank or financial institutions to secure your accounts.
